✧ Cutting down trees in enemy territory

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ قَالَ:
مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ بِامْرَأَةٍ مَقْتُولَةٍ فَقَالَ: " أَلَمْ أَنْهَ عَنْ هَذَا ؟ " فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَرْدَفْتُهَا فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَقْتُلَنِي، فَقَتَلْتُهَا، فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِدَفْنِهَا
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by a slain woman on the day of Hunayn and said: 'Did I not forbid this?' A man said: 'I made her ride behind me, and she wanted to kill me, so I killed her.' The Prophet ﷺ ordered that she be buried.
