✧ Cutting down trees in enemy territory
9474 9380 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ مِثْلَهُ، وَزَادَ: وَلَهَا يَقُولُ حَسَّانُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: وَهَانَ عَلَى سَرَاةِ حَرِيقٌ بِالْبُوَيْرَةِ مُسْتَطِيرُ متن مخفينَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ الْوُصَفَاءِ وَالْعُسَفَاءِ وَالْعَسِيفُ الْأَجِيرُ وَلَهَا يَقُولُ حَسَّانُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَهَانَ عَلَى سَرَاةِ بَنِي لُوَيٍّ حَرِيقٌ بِالْبُوَيْرَةِ مُسْتَطِيرُ
Translation
✧ He forbade killing the servants and the hired laborers; the hired laborer is the employee. Concerning this, Hassan b. Thabit said: 'A fire at al-Buwayrah was of little consequence to the chiefs of Banu Lu'ayy, spreading.'
