عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
سَمِعْنَا أَنَّ مَا أَحْرَزَ الْعَدُوُّ فَهُوَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ يَقْتَسِمُونَهُ
Translation
✧ We heard that whatever the enemy seizes belongs to the Muslims; they divide it among themselves.
