عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى:
لَا نَفَلَ حَتَّى يُقَسَّمَ الْخُمُسُ، وَلَا نَفَلَ حَتَّى يُقَسَّمَ أَوَّلُ الْمَغْنَمِ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ تَعَالَى بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translation
✧ No nafl until the fifth is divided, and no nafl until the first of the booty is divided, in the Book of God Most High, among the believers.
