عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
لَا نَفَلَ فِي غَنَائِمِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا فِي خُمُسِ الْخُمُسِ
