عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا خَرَجَتِ السَّرِيَّةُ بِإِذْنِ الْأَمِيرِ فَمَا أَصَابُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ خَمَّسَهُ الْإِمَامُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لِتِلْكَ السَّرِيَّةِ، وَإِذَا خَرَجُوا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ خَمَّسَهُ الْإِمَامُ، وَكَانَ مَا بَقِيَ بَيْنَ الْجَيْشِ كُلِّهِمْ
Translation
✧ If a raiding party goes out with the commander's permission, whatever they capture, the imam takes a fifth of it, and the rest belongs to that raiding party. If they go out without his permission, the imam takes a fifth of it, and the rest is shared among the entire army.
