عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، وَأَبِي عَوْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ،
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَمَّا يُصِيبُ السَّرِيَّةَ مِنْ أَطْعِمَةِ الرُّومِ قَالَ لَهُمْ: " يَأْكُلُونَ وَيَرْجِعُونَ بِهِ إِلَى أَهْلِيهِمْ، فَإِنْ بَاعُوا مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ، وَهُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ
Translation
✧ That he was asked about what a raiding party obtains of Byzantine foods. He said to them: They eat and bring it back to their families. If they sell any of it, the fifth is due on it, and they are equal in it.
