عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَرٍّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الْفَقِيرِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ،
كَانَ إِذَا كَانَ عَشِيَّةَ الصُّبْحِ وَهُوَ مُسَافِرٌ قَالَ: قُلْتُ مَرَّاتٍ: " سَمِعَ سَامِعٌ بِحَمْدِ اللهِ وَنِعْمَتِهِ عَلَيْنَا، اللَّهُمَّ صَاحِبْنَا، وَأَفْضِلْ عَلَيْنَا عَائِذًا بِاللهِ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ
Translation
✧ When it was the morning of a journey while he was travelling, he would say—I said it several times—: “Let a hearer hear with praise of God and His favour upon us. O God, accompany us and bestow Your bounty upon us, seeking refuge with God from Hell.”
