✧ A woman becomes pure from menstruation and has no water: may her husband have intercourse with her

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ
فِي الْحَائِضِ تَطْهُرُ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَهَا مَاءٌ قَالَ: تَيَمَّمُ وَيُصِيبُهَا زَوْجُهَا
Translation
✧ Regarding a menstruating woman who becomes pure while she has no water, he said: She performs tayammum, and her husband may have intercourse with her.
