عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ:

لَا يَحِلُّ بِالْبَيْعِ دُورُ مَكَّةَ وَلَا كِرَاؤُهَا

Translation

✧ It is not lawful to sell the houses of Makkah or to rent them.
