عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَرَأْتُ كِتَابًا مِنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ: " يَأْمُرُهُ أَنْ لَا يُكْرَى بِمَكَّةَ شَيْءٌ
Translation
✧ I read a letter from 'Umar b. 'Abd al-'Aziz to 'Abd al-'Aziz b. 'Abd Allah, in which he ordered him not to rent anything in Makkah.
