عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ نَاسٌ: أَرْسَلَ اللهُ سَحَابَةً فِيهَا رَأْسٌ فَقَالَ الرَّأْسُ: يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ قَدْرَ هَذِهِ السَّحَابَةِ، فَجَعَلَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا وَيَخُطُّ قَدْرَهَا قَالَ الرَّأْسُ: أَقَدْ فَعَلْتَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَارْتَفَعَتْ فَحَفَرَ، فَأَبْرَزَ عَنْ أَسَاسٍ ثَابِتٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ ".
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ Some people said: Allah sent a cloud containing a head, and the head said: "O Ibrahim, your Lord commands you to take the extent of this cloud." He began looking at it and outlining its size. The head said: "Have you done it?" He said: "Yes." Then it rose, and he dug, uncovering a firm foundation in the earth."
