✧ Sitting During Circumambulation and Standing in It

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ نَافِعًا قَالَ:
مَا رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَائِمًا فِي الطَّوَافِ قَالَ: وَيُقَالُ بِدْعَةٌ الْقِيَامُ فِي الطَّوَافِ
Translation
✧ I never saw Ibn ʿUmar standing during circumambulation. He said: It is said that standing during circumambulation is an innovation.
