✧ Recitation During Circumambulation and Talking

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
بَيْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ إِذْ سَمِعَ رَجُلَيْنِ خَلْفَهُ يَرْطُنَانِ فَالْتَفَتَ إِلَيْهِمَا، فَقَالَ لَهُمَا: ابْتَغِيَا إِلَى الْعَرَبِيَّةِ سَبِيلًا
Translation
✧ While Umar b. al-Khattab was circumambulating the Kaaba, he heard two men behind him speaking in a foreign tongue. He turned to them and said: Seek a way to Arabic.
