عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، وَمَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
طَافَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ يَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَ بِمِحْجَنِهِ قَالَ: فَجَاءَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كَيْفَ فَعَلْتَ يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي اسْتِلَامِ الرُّكْنِ ؟ " قَالَ: كُلُّ ذَلِكَ، اسْتَلَمْتُ وَتَرَكْتُ قَالَ: " أَصَبْتَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ circumambulated the House on his camel, touching the corner with his staff. He said: Then 'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Awf came, and the Prophet ﷺ said to him: 'What did you do, O Abu Muhammad, regarding touching the corner?' He said: 'All of it: I touched and I left off.' He said: 'You did right.'
