أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ تَقْبِيلَ النَّاسِ أَيْدِيَهُمْ إِذَا اسْتَلَمُوا الرُّكْنَ أَكَانَ مِمَّنْ مَضَى فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، وَأَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، وَجَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ " إِذَا اسْتَلَمُوا قَبَّلُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ فَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ - قَالَ: وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ حَسِبْتُ قَالَ -: قُلْتُ: أَفَتَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَدَعَ تَقْبِيلَ يَدِكَ إِذَا اسْتَلَمْتَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَلَوِ اسْتَلَمَ إِذًا لَوْ قَبَّلَ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ بَرَكَتَهُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said:
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: What do you think of people kissing their hands when they touch the Corner? Was this from those who passed in everything? He said: Yes. I saw Ibn ʿUmar, Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī, Jābir b. ʿAbd Allāh, and Abū Hurayrah when they touched it they kissed their hands. He said: I said: And Ibn ʿAbbās? He said: And Ibn ʿAbbās, I think he said. I said: Do you dislike leaving off kissing your hand when you touch? He said: Yes, if he touched it then he would kiss it, and I want its blessing.
