✧ Circumambulation, Touching the Stone, and Its Virtue

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حُدِّثْتُ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ قَاعِدًا بَيْنَ زَمْزَمَ وَالرُّكْنِ وَالْمَقَامِ وَالنَّاسُ يَزْدَحِمُونَ عَلَى الرُّكْنِ فَقَالَ لِجُلَسَائِهِ: " أَتَدْرُونَ مَا هَذَا ؟ " فَقَالُوا: نَعَمْ، هَذَا الْحَجَرُ قَالَ: " قَدْ أَدْرِي وَلَكِنَّهُ مِنْ حِجَارَةِ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي خَلَقَهَا اللهُ بِيَدِهِ لَيُحْشَرَنَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَهُ عَيْنَانِ، وَشَفَتَانِ، وَلِسَانٌ يَشْهَدُ لِمَنِ اسْتَلَمَهُ بِالْحَقِّ
Translation
✧ He was sitting between Zamzam, the Corner, and the Station while people were crowding at the Corner. He said to his companions: "Do you know what this is?" They said: Yes, it is the Stone. He said: "I know, but it is among the stones of Paradise that God created with His hand. It will surely be gathered on the Day of Resurrection with two eyes, two lips, and a tongue, testifying for whoever touched it with truth."
