✧ One Who Steps on Dry or Wet Impurity

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ:
كُنَّا نَدْخُلُ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ الرِّيَاحِيِّ فَنَتَوَضَّأُ فَيَقُولُ: أَمَا تَوَضَّئُونَ فِي رِحَالِكُمْ ؟ فَنَقُولُ: بَلَى وَلَكِنَّا نَطَأُ فِي الْقَشْبِ، قَالَ: فَلَا وُضُوءَ عَلَيْكُمْ، أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَاكُمْ، إِنَّ الرِّيحَ تُطَيِّرُهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي رُءُوسِكُمْ وَلِحَاكُمْ
Translation
✧ We used to enter upon Abu al-Aliyah al-Riyahi and perform wudu, and he would say: Do you not perform wudu in your dwellings? We said: Yes, but we step in filth. He said: There is no wudu upon you. Shall I tell you of something more severe than that? The wind blows it onto your heads and beards.
