عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ مَنْصُورٍ الْهَمْدَانِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَالضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ قَالَ:
أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِجُبْنَةٍ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ هَذَا طَعَامٌ يَصْنَعُهُ أَهْلُ فَارِسَ أَخْشَى أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهِ مَيْتَةٌ قَالَ: سَمُّوا اللهَ عَلَيْهِ، وَكُلُوا
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought a cheese in the expedition of Tabuk, and it was said: "O Messenger of Allah, this is a food made by the people of Persia; I fear that there may be carrion in it." He said: "Pronounce the name of Allah over it, and eat."
