✧ A man who becomes junub in cold land

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الثَّوْرِيَّ يَقُولُ:
أَجْمَعُوا أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَكُونُ فِي أَرْضٍ بَارِدَةٍ فَأَجْنَبَ فَخَشِيَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الْمَوْتَ يَتَيَمَّمُ وَكَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمَرِيضِ
Translation
✧ They are agreed that if a man is in a cold land and becomes junub and fears death, he performs tayammum, and he is in the same position as a sick person.
