✧ The Cat, the Locust, the Bat, and Eating Locusts

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ أَخِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى خَلَقَ آدَمَ فَبَقِيَ مِنْ طِينَتِهِ بِيَدِهِ شَيْءٌ فَخَلَقَ مِنْهُ الْجَرَادَ، فَهُوَ جُنْدٌ مِنْ جُنُودِ اللهِ لَيْسَ جُنْدٌ أَكْثَرَ مِنْهَا ".
Translation
✧ Indeed, God, Blessed and Exalted, created Adam, and some of his clay remained in His hand, so He created from it the locust. Thus, it is an army of the armies of God, and there is no army greater than it."
