✧ When one finds no water

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
فِي الْمَجْدُورِ وَالْحَائِضِ إِذَا خَافَا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمَا تَيَمَّمَا يَقُولُ: الْمَجْدُورُ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ
Translation
✧ Regarding the one afflicted with smallpox and the menstruating woman, when they fear for their lives, they perform tayammum. He says: the one with smallpox when he is in a state of major ritual impurity.
