عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
قَدِمَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ مَكَّةَ فَأُخْبِرَ أَنَّ مَوْلًى لِعَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ يُقَالُ لَهُ نَجْدَةُ سَاقَ إِبِلًا جَلَّالَةً، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا أَنْ أَخْرِجْهَا مِنْ مَكَّةَ قَالَ: إِنَّا نَحْطِبُ عَلَيْهَا، وَنَنْقِلُ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ: فَلَا تَحُجَّ عَلَيْهَا، وَلَا تَعْتَمِرْ
Translation
✧ Umar b. al-Khattab arrived at Makkah and was told that a mawla of Amr b. al-As called Najdah had driven jallalah camels. So he sent to them: "Take them out of Makkah." He said: "We gather firewood on them and carry loads on them." He said: "Then do not perform Hajj on them, nor Umrah."
