عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً الْخُرَاسَانِيَّ عَنِ الْيَرْبُوعِ، وَالرَّخْمِ، وَالْحِدَاءِ، وَالْغِرْبَانِ، وَالْعُقْبَانِ، وَالنُّسُورِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَمْ يَبْلُغْنِي فِيهَا شَيْءٌ، وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهَا، وَلَكِنْ أَقْذِرُهَا، فَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ: " مَا أَرَى بِأَكْلِهَا بَأْسًا مَا لَمْ تَقْذِرْهَا
Translation
✧ I asked 'Ata' al-Khurasani about jerboa, Egyptian vulture, kite, crows, eagles, and vultures. He said: 'No report has reached me about them, and I do not declare them forbidden, but I find them distasteful.' 'Amr b. Dinar said: 'I see no harm in eating them as long as you do not find them distasteful.'
