✧ The Fetus

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي الْجَنِينِ " إِذَا أَلْقَتْهُ أُمُّهُ مَيِّتًا بَعْدَ مَا تُنْحَرُ فَكُلْهُ، لِأَنَّهَا أَلْقَتْهُ، وَقَدْ نُحِرَتْ
Translation
✧ Regarding the fetus: "When its mother casts it out dead after she is slaughtered, then eat it, because she cast it out after she had been slaughtered."
