✧ The Slaughter of the Animal While It Is Moving

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ:
إِذَا ضَرَبَتْ بِذَنَبِهَا أَوْ رِجْلِهَا، أَوْ طَرَفَتْ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهِيَ ذَكِيٌّ
Translation
✧ When it strikes with its tail or its leg, or blinks its eye, then it is properly slaughtered.
