عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَنِ الدَّجَاجَةِ يُذْبَحُ فَيَمِيلُ السِّكِّينُ، فَيَقْطَعُ الرَّأْسَ قَالَ: إِنْ لَمْ يَتَعَمَّدْ فَلْيَأْكُلْهُ
Translation
✧ He was asked about a chicken that is slaughtered, and the knife slips and cuts off the head. He said: "If he did not do it intentionally, then let him eat it."
