عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ ذَبَائِحِ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ، فَقَالَ: مَنِ انْتَحَلَ دِينًا فَهُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، وَلَمْ يَرَ بِذَبَائِحِهِمْ بَأْسًا
Translation

✧ I asked al-Zuhrī about the slaughter of the Arab Christians, and he said: "Whoever adopts a religion is of its people," and he did not see any harm in their slaughter.
