8581 8520 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفييَصْطَادُ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ الْبِيزَانُ وَغَيْرُهَا فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتَ ذَكَاتَهُ فَكُلْ وَإِلَّا فَلَا تَطْعَمْهُ وَأَمَّا الْكَلْبُ الْمُعَلَّمُ فَكُلْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَإِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ
Translation
✧ 8581 8520 - Abd al-Razzaq, from Abd Allah b. Umar, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, the like of it. Hidden text: It hunts from among the birds, such as falcons and others. If you catch it while it can still be slaughtered, then eat; otherwise do not eat it. As for the trained dog, eat from what it holds back for you, even if it eats some of it.
