عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ رَأَى عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
يَخْصِي الْخَيْلَ، ثُمَّ يَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ
Translation
✧ He castrates horses, then he mounts them in the cause of Allah.
