عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ " أَنْ لَا يُخْصَى فَرَسٌ
Translation
✧ Umar b. al-Khattab wrote to Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas: 'No horse is to be castrated.'
