عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الْمُخَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَارِقَ بْنَ شِهَابٍ، يُحَدِّثُ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ أَرْبَدُ أَصَابَ ضَبًّا فَأَتَى عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: " احْكُمْ فِيهِ فَحَكَمَ فَصَدَّقَهُ عُمَرُ
Translation
✧ A man called Arbad caught a lizard and came to Umar. Umar said to him: "Pass judgment on it." So he passed judgment, and Umar confirmed his ruling.
