عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنْسَانًا يَقْتُلُ عُصْفُورًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ إِلَّا سَأَلَهُ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالُوا: وَمَا حَقُّهُ ؟ قَالُوا: " يَذْبَحُهُ فَيَأْكُلُهُ، وَلَا يَقْطَعْ رَأْسَهُ فَيَرْمِي بِهِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn ʿUyaynah, from ʿAmr b. Dīnār, from Ṣuhayb, the freed slave of Ibn ʿAbbās, from ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
✧ No person kills a sparrow without its right except that Allah will question him about it. They said: 'And what is its right?' He said: "That he slaughters it and eats it, and not cut off its head and throw it away."
