✧ Game, slaughtering it, and lying in wait for it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا تَرْمِ صَيْدًا، وَأَنْتَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَهُوَ فِي الْحَرَمِ، فَإِنْ فَعَلْتَ غَرِمْتَ، وَلَا تَأْكُلْ صَيْدًا رَمَيْتَهُ فَأَصَبْتَهُ، وَقَدْ دَخَلَ فِي الْحَرَمِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَهُ "
Translation
✧ Do not shoot game while you are outside the Sacred Precincts and it is inside the Sacred Precincts. If you do, you must pay compensation. And do not eat game that you shot and hit, but it entered the Sacred Precincts before you caught it.
