عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بَيْضِ النَّعَامِ يُصِيبُهُ الْمُحْرِمُ، فَقَالَ: " الْحُكُومَةُ يَحْكُمُ عَلَيْهِ حِينَ يُصِيبُهُ بِثَمَنِهِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from al-Zuhrī, who said:
✧ I asked him about the eggs of ostriches that the muhrim kills, and he said: 'The ruling, a judgment is made upon him at the time he kills it for its value.'
