✧ The pigeon and other birds that the muhrim kills

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ حَجَلَةٍ ذَبَحْتُهَا، وَأَنَا مُحِلٌّ بِمَكَّةَ فَلَمْ يَرَ عَلَيَّ بَأْسًا قَالَ: " كَيْفَ تَشْتَرِيهَا ؟ قَالَ: عِشْرِينَ بِدِرْهَمٍ قَالَ: فَأَنَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى مَنْ يَبِيعُهَا أَرْبَعِينَ بِدِرْهَمٍ
Translation
✧ I asked Sa'id b. Jubayr about a partridge that I slaughtered while I was not in ihram in Makkah, and he did not see any harm upon me. He said: How do you buy it? He said: Twenty for a dirham. He said: Then I will guide you to someone who sells it, forty for a dirham.
