عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ قَالَ:
كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَيَّ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: مَا تَقُولُ فِي مُحْرِمٍ قَتَلَ قَمْلَةً ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " يَنْحَرُ بَدَنَةً، قَالَ: فَضَحِكْتُ، فَنَظَرَ إِلَيَّ، وَقَالَ: " لَا تَلُمْنِي، لَعَمْرُ اللهِ يَسْأَلُنِي عَنِ الْقَمْلَةِ، وَأَحَدُهُمْ يَثِبُ عَلَى أَخِيهِ بِالسَّيْفِ
Translation
✧ I was with Ibn Umar, leaning on me, when a man came and said, “What do you say about a muhrim who kills a louse?” Ibn Umar said, “He slaughters a camel.” I laughed, and he looked at me and said, “Do not blame me. By God, he asks me about a louse while one of them attacks his brother with a sword.”
