عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
أَصَابَ رَجُلٌ صَيْدًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فِي الْحَرَمِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، فَجَاءَتْ نَارٌ فَأَصَابَتْهُ فَأَحْرَقَتْهُ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَجُلًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَخَذَ ظَبْيًا فِي الْحَرَمِ، فَأَمْسَكَهُ بِعُنُقِهِ حَتَّى بَالَ الظَّبْيُ قَالَ: فَجَاءَتْ حَيَّةٌ، فَالْتَوَتْ فِي عُنُقِ الرَّجُلِ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ تَخْنُقُهُ حَتَّى بَالَ، ثُمَّ خَلَّتْ عَنْهُ
Translation
✧ A man intentionally killed game in the sanctuary twice, and a fire came and struck him and burned him. Ma‘mar said: It reached me that a man in the Jahiliyyah took a gazelle in the sanctuary and held it by its neck until the gazelle urinated. He said: Then a snake came and coiled around the man’s neck, and it kept choking him until he urinated; then it released him.
