عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي الْمُحْرِمِ يُصِيبُ الصَّيْدَ، فَيُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ: قَالَ: " لَا يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ عَفَا عَنْهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَهُ "، قَالَ: وَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ ﴿وَمَنْ عَادَ فَيَنْتَقِمُ اللهُ مِنْهُ ﴾
Translation
✧ Concerning the pilgrim in ihram who kills game: judgment is passed against him, then he repeats. He said: "Judgment is not passed against him again. If God wills, He pardons him, and if He wills, He seizes him." He said: And he recited this verse: “But whoever repeats, God will take retribution from him” (Q 5:95).
