✧ The virtue of the ten days, and the standing at 'Arafah in the cities

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيِّ قَالَ:
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي فَذَاكَرْتُ ابْنَهُ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ، فَانْفَتَلَ إِلَيْنَا، فَقَالَ: مَاذَا تُذَاكِرَانِ ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: طسم، وَحم قَالَ: فَوَاتِحُ يُفْتَحُ بِهَا الْقُرْآنُ
Translation
✧ I entered upon al-Hasan while he was praying, and I discussed something of the Quran with his son. He turned to us and said, "What are you two discussing?" I said, "Ta-Sin-Mim and Ha-Mim." He said, "They are openings with which the Quran is opened."
