عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ،
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْبَدَوِيِّ: إِذَا نَذَرَ جِوَارًا لَمْ يَنْوِهِ بِبَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَإِنَّهُ يُجَاوِرُ بِأَيِّ الْقَرْيَةِ شَاءَ
Translation
✧ He said concerning the bedouin: if he vows a retreat without intending it at the door of the mosque, then he may retreat in whichever village he wishes.
