عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ أُتِيَ هَذَا الْمُجَاوِرُ فِي فُسْطَاطِهِ بهو [١]بِسِلْعَةٍ يَبِيعُهَا أَوْ يَبْتَاعُهَا أَيَفْعَلُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، يَبِيعُ فِي مُجَاوَرِهِ
Translation

✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: “What do you think—if this one in retreat is brought goods in his tent to sell or buy, should he do it?” He said: “Yes, he may sell during his retreat.”
