عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا يَبِيعُ الْمُعْتَكِفُ، وَلَا يَبْتَاعُ، وَلَا يَخْرُجُ إِلَى سُلْطَانٍ فَيُخَاصِمُ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَنْوِيَ ذَلِكَ
Translation
