أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مِخْنَفٍ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: " هَلْ تَعْرِفُونَهَا ؟ "، قَالَ: فَلَا أَدْرِي مَا رَجَعُوا عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: عَلَى أَهْلِ كُلِّ بَيْتٍ أَنْ يَذْبَحُوا شَاةً فِي كُلِّ رَجَبٍ، وَفِي كُلِّ أَضْحَى شَاةً
Translation
✧ I reached the Prophet ﷺ on the day of 'Arafah while he was saying: "Do you know it?" He said: "I do not know what they replied to him." The Prophet ﷺ said: "Upon the people of every household is to slaughter a sheep in every Rajab, and at every 'Adha a sheep."
