عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْمِصِّيصَةِ أَنِ اخْلَعُوا الْخِفَافَ فِي كُلِّ ثَلَاثٍ
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz wrote to the people of al-Massisa to remove the leather socks every three [days].
