عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
يُسَمَّى، ثُمَّ يُعَقُّ يَوْمَ سَابِعِهِ، ثُمَّ يُحْلَقُ "، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: " يُطْلَى رَأْسُهُ بِالدَّمِ
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ He is named, then his 'aqiqah is performed on his seventh day, then his head is shaved," and he would say: "His head is smeared with the blood.
