عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَانَ يُقَالُ: " أَعْظِمُوا الْقُرْآنَ يَعْنِي الْمَصَاحِفَ، وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوهَا صِغَارًا
Translation
✧ It used to be said: "Honor the Qur'an," meaning the codices, "and do not make them small."
