عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
صُومُوا يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ؛ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَوْمَانِ تُرْفَعُ فِيهِمَا الْأَعْمَالُ، فَيَغْفِرُ اللهُ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ إِلَّا لِصَاحِبِ إِحْنَةٍ يَقُولُ اللهُ: ذَرُوهُ حَتَّى يَتُوبَ
Translation
✧ Fast on Monday and Thursday, for they are two days in which deeds are raised up, and Allah forgives every servant who does not associate anything with Him except one who harbors rancor. Allah says: "Leave him until he repents."
