عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
نُهِيَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ وَلِبْسَتَيْنِ، وَالصَّلَاةِ فِي سَاعَتَيْنِ، وَعَنْ أَكْلَتَيْنِ، وَصَوْمِ يَوْمَيْنِ، فَأَمَّا الْبَيْعَتَانِ وَاللِّبْسَتَانِ فَكَمَا قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ، وَأَمَّا الصَّلَاةُ فِي سَاعَتَيْنِ فَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، وَبَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ، وَأَمَّا صَوْمُ يَوْمَيْنِ فَيَوْمُ الْفِطْرِ، وَيَوْمُ الْأَضْحَى، وَأَمَّا الْأَكْلَتَانِ، فَقَرْنٌ بَيْنَ تَمْرَتَيْنِ، وَالْأُخْرَى أَنْ يَأْكُلَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
Translation
✧ He forbade two sales and two ways of dressing, prayer at two times, two ways of eating, and fasting on two days. As for the two sales and two ways of dressing, they are as al-Zuhrī said. As for prayer at two times, they are after ʿaṣr and after ṣubḥ. As for fasting on two days, they are the day of Fiṭr and the day of Aḍḥā. As for the two ways of eating, one is pairing two dates together, and the other is eating while standing.
