✧ The man who comes for the night prayer and has not prayed the Isha

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا جَاءَ الرَّجُلُ فِي قِيَامِ رَمَضَانَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ صَلَّى الْمَكْتُوبَةَ صَلَّى مَعَهُمْ، وَاعْتَدَّهَا مَعَهُمُ الْمَكْتُوبَةَ
Translation
✧ When a man comes to the night prayer of Ramadan and has not prayed the obligatory prayer, he prays with them and counts it as the obligatory prayer with them.
